Terms and conditions for using the platform and purchasing tickets, per Law 365/2002 and GEO 34/2014.
This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the platform and purchasing event tickets, in accordance with Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights and the Civil Code.
1. Platform operator
[Company name], Tax ID [VAT], registered with the Trade Registry under no. [J.../.../...], with registered office in [address].
2. Subject of the contract
Sale of electronic admission tickets to events organised by the operator or its partners. Prices are shown in RON and include VAT where applicable.
3. Contract conclusion and payment
The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation. A fiscal invoice is issued automatically based on the data provided at checkout.
4. Right of withdrawal
Tickets for events on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (GEO 34/2014, art. 16 let. l). See the Refund, Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy.
